GreenBox at Le Petit Versailles : Garden as Commons
GreenBox @ Le Petit Versailles Part II: The Garden as Commons: Ecologies of Care, Repair, and Collective Futures brings together artists whose practices engage environmental justice, biodiversity, food sovereignty, urban ecology, and collective stewardship. Presented by WhiteBox Portable in collaboration with Le Petit Versailles, the exhibition explores the garden as a shared space where ecological knowledge, artistic imagination, and community action converge to envision more sustainable and interconnected futures.

WhiteBox Portable presents CHICKEN LITTLE – Líneas de Falla / Fault Lines by Cecile Chong and 123 Pollution Solution by Chin Chih Yang. Bringing together two artists whose practices explore migration, ecology, environmental responsibility, and cultural transformation, this exhibition transforms a major New York transit hub into a site for reflection on the fragile interdependence between human activity and the natural world. On view June 18 – August 1, 2026, at WhiteBox Portable, MTA 42nd Street–8th Avenue Station.
