Hard at work in her studio is renown Japanese fashion designer, Hiroko Koshino. In her painting practice, Koshino explores different utensils such as bamboo fiber brush, a spray gun, sticks and other unusual techniques. She also plays with the materiality of her pieces, varying from gold acrylic gesso, silver leaf, and Chinese ink.
